Denny began his Real Estate career in 1989 as a Realtor. After 27 years he then transitioned to the Real Estate Title industry with Home Services Title, LLC as a closing officer. Denny was able to combine his Real Estate knowledge and Title knowledge to provide buyers and sellers expert information about their Real Estate Transaction. He also helps to educate other Realtors in Title Policies and Tax proration with State approved Continuing Education classes.
